Terms of service

Terms for using StackCost Radar.

Effective: September 1, 2026. This is a product-ready starting point, not a substitute for review by counsel. Add the operator identity and governing law before accepting customers.

The service

StackCost Radar monitors selected publicly accessible vendor information and provides change classifications, potential exposure estimates, and renewal context. It does not provide legal, accounting, procurement, or investment advice.

Important limitations

Public pricing may differ from negotiated terms. Monitoring can be delayed, blocked, incomplete, or incorrect. You must verify source evidence and contract applicability before acting. “Potential exposure” is an estimate, not a bill forecast or savings guarantee.

Your responsibilities

You may submit only URLs and business data you are authorized to use. Do not submit credentials, secrets, unlawful content, private-network targets, or URLs intended to probe infrastructure. You may not bypass limits, interfere with the service, or use it to violate third-party rights.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew through Stripe until canceled. Annual plans are billed in advance. Unless required by law, fees for a started billing period are non-refundable. Limits and included features are displayed before checkout.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis during the MVP period. Unsupported pages may be marked for manual verification rather than fetched through access controls. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.

Liability and contact

Add operator-specific warranty disclaimers, liability caps, indemnity, termination provisions, governing law, and formal notices after legal review and before commercial launch.
